Nothing on this site is an offer, a technical certification or engineering advice for a specific building.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Work begins only after a written quotation is issued by us and accepted by you. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them and are subject to site inspection, access, statutory approvals and material availability.
4. Service work
Installation, modernization, repair and maintenance are carried out by trained technicians in line with applicable safety standards. The building owner or occupier is responsible for providing safe access, power supply, and a machine room or shaft condition suitable for the work. Warranties on parts follow the manufacturer terms and are stated in the quotation or service agreement.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or abusive information, or use our forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
6. Intellectual property
The Lixin name, logo, site design, text and imagery are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Governing law
